AC MOTOR

EC MOTOR   

1. Variable speed control of EC fan can be realized/achieved via 0-l0V speed adjustment and/or external circuit impulse modulation.

2. Constant torque, constant speed and constant airflow of EC fan can be fulfilled via 180°sine SVPWM (Space Vector PWM) to meet customer needs.

3. Intelligent EC fan can support the users to realize centralized operation control by 485 Modbus and monitor as many as 255 fans.

4. EC fan has comprehensive protection functions, such as phase failure, overvoltage, undervoltage, locked rotor, over current and temperature protection.

DC MOTOR

1. Brushless DC fan saves the excitation of collector ring and brush, greatly simplifies the structure which not only improves the technology of motor but also greatly enhances the mechanical reliability of motor operation and the service life.

2. Brushless DC fan adopts a permanent magnet excitation, eliminates the loss of induction motor excitation currents; realizes the small loss and high efficiency characteristics as well.

3.Compared with the frequency control of induction motor, brushless DC motor is simpler and more controllable, easy to be controlled.

4. For components, such as inverters, the capacity is low, the circuit is simple, and the cost is lower than the one of EC blower.
